Behavioral and Play Therapy
Behavioral therapy is an intensive, structured therapy that aims to improve social, communication, and learning skills for children with Autism (ASD)/suspected ASD. Interventions measure behavior and help children to reach their maximum potentials bv acquiring socially significant behaviors.
Play therapy helps children to explore emotions and deal with unresolved trauma. Play therapist use playtime to observe and gain insights into a child’s problems. Through play, children can learn new coping mechanisms and how to redirect inappropriate behaviours.
